After comparing your bid to other companies, yours was not the lowest but your knowledge of what you were going to do and how you explained it to me made the selection of your company easy. You were also timely on beginning the work and completing it within the schedule you provided me. You were also very responsive to any phone calls for updates on the progress of the project even if it was not what I wanted to hear. Upon completion, we could not have asked for more, the house looked awesome and the new windows have given us a new appreciation for the river at night. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had someone of your caliber and integrity complete the work on our house and put us at ease even though we could not be there to see how the work was being completed.
